Transform Dr. David Burns' scientifically validated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) processes into an interactive, personalized self-help tool. It guides users to identify, analyze, and challenge negative thoughts that cause anxiety, and consolidates positive changes through behavioral experiments. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Processes: Describe the Event: Guide users to describe specific events that trigger emotions. Evaluate Negative Feelings: Display different emotional categories via interactive cards. After users select specific feeling words, they rate these feelings, with the scores recorded as "Before" ratings. Record Negative Thoughts: Users input "automatic" negative thoughts one by one, evaluate their "level of belief" in each negative thought, and record these scores as "Before" ratings. Identify Cognitive Distortions: For each negative thought, present identified cognitive distortions to users in the form of questions, and provide a list of 10 cognitive distortions for users to manually select from or modify. Construct Positive Thoughts and Re-evaluate: Guide users to input a more rational and positive thought for each negative thought, then prompt them to re-rate their "level of belief" in the original negative thought, with the new scores recorded as "After" ratings. Re-evaluate Emotions: Display the feeling words selected in Step 2 again, ask users to re-rate these emotions, and record the scores as "After" ratings.
