I purchased the Proton Unlimited subscription via Apple ID. The payment went through, and the subscription shows as active until March 2026 — both in Apple settings and the Proton app. Yet my account is stuck on the Free plan. I contacted support with all proof, and instead of fixing it, they keep sending me back to Apple — even though the issue is clearly on Proton’s end.

I was using another email provider, but since they’re shutting down, I looked for alternatives and created a ProtonMail account. I added a secondary/recovery email — an important step since they require either a phone number or a recovery email, which I provided. Then I tried signing up for a third-party service, and out of nowhere — ProtonMail hit me with an “Automated Abuse Detection” email. How does that even make sense? If this is how they treat new users, I can’t imagine relying on ProtonMail long-term. Getting restricted just for registering on reputable services is ridiculous.

I try to send bug report inside the app but after 10 minute waiting for sending report im here. I cant report big because i have a bug with infinite send report animation. I have notification with option to pay lifetime subscription, but after tap i have infinite loading. After restart i dont have any option to return to this notification. And many others bugs.

App is download mails or updates for new mails and stop on it. Process is stopping. Must exit and load again (((

1. Сделайте в настройках опцию отключения цепочки писем. Это очень неудобно. 2. В бесплатной версии нельзя отключить подпись.
