Lack of materials for the drummer. I checked a dozen of favorite musicians and got nothing. In opposite I always have this annoying popup to buy a pro version. For what?)

When I purchased the PRO+ subscription, I expected to be able to download files in PDF format (or any other format suitable for printing). Unfortunately, that‘s not the case. For some songs, downloading is possible, but for others it‘s not. For the very first song I like, there‘s an additional charge of 8,99. if I had know about this issues or subscription policy, I wouldn’t have bought it- even at a discount.

Feel myself scammed. I paid 59.99$ for pro membership benefits. Then accidentally approved payment 49.99$ for learn membership benefits. And the only way I can use it is to find scores which I could do without this application. To enable Practice Mode I need to pay 34.99$ more. It feels like an endless queue of subscriptions.

I registered some time ago and each time on downloading this app to new device with existing account I still need to answer all those unneeded questions. Even if those answers needed why this data not stored within profile and i need to reenter it on login to each new device. Sub advertisement is disgusting, I already bought some subscriptions but I still see all those “extend your sub with all this and that” all the time. Application itself is convenient to see sheets

The note search and quality of content is excellent. But the interface... why can't I move the cursor until I've listened to about 8 bars? I'm literally starting to hate this app when I need to move the cursor

I am extremely disappointed with this app. I authorized the first payment for the subscription, but the second payment was deducted from my account without my knowledge or approval. This is unacceptable and violates consumer rights. I have contacted customer support, but I have not received a response yet. I demand an immediate refund and clarification on how this occurred.
