It’s kind of normal when seller confirms your purchase, wait five days, and then cancel it or it expires. And this doesn’t affect seller’s reputation or anything. This makes wallapop very unreliable.

this program is like a regular market where you have few rights. out of 10 orders I received only 3 🤷‍♂️ in other cases my money just remains frozen for up to 10 days. many programs have a system that automatically leaves a negative rating for the seller in case of cancellation or non-delivery of goods. here the buyer's rights are only his concern and he is forced to wait and solve his problems himself. the only advantage of this application is very low prices.

They just block an account in a few minutes after creation.

Let everyone know that owners are racists. The will delete your account and your posts despite you are doing everything right. Just because they don’t like your nationality. Shame!!!

My account was blocked immediately after money were charged from my bank account. Support responded one short message per day without clear explanation what happened. I will never use this app again!

Mi cuenta fue desactivada una vez que transfirí el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria. No hay soporte por teléfono, ni tampoco real en el chat. Lo único que dicen por correo es que algo va en contradicción con las normativas de pago. Me siento robado y engañado.
