The app works well, but it desperately lacks management of connected devices. I raised this issue with hma support via email. No one responded to me. Two weeks later, I submitted my questions to support through the mobile app. Four days later, I received some nonsense reply that didn't contain answers to any of my questions. I replied to this email asking why my questions were being ignored. No response followed. I wrote again - still no reaction. I wrote again through the app. Silence once more. Wrote a feedback review in app - guess what... Nothing. I haven't encountered such abysmal customer support in a long time. They just don't give a damn about the customers, even those who bought a three-year subscription. Very sad :(

I tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back, but there is no such option. I wrote to technical support, they responded the next day after the end of the subscription - 30 DAYS later. The money was not returned.
