My experience using this application is very negative. I purchased it and installed the paid version in order to track weight loss progress, control the number of calories consumed and track weight loss. After certain time I understand that the weight loss tracking function does not work. The application has errors and does not allow you to update your weight and see your weight loss progress, although such a function is built into it and there is a settings where you can update your weight. This section does not work. Contacting the support service did not yield any results in fixing the errors, it took a lot of time, but they did not provide a proper solution. Therefore, I do not recommend this application.

Hello! Please consider my complaint regarding the following situation. My account was debited for a subscription in your application, however: 1. The subscription was canceled automatically, without my participation. 2. I did not receive any notifications about the renewal or withdrawal of funds. 3. Despite the difference in the subscription, the funds were not refunded. I consider this situation a violation of consumer rights, since the service was not actually provided, and the funds were debited without the possibility of a refund. I ask you to: • Return the debited funds to my account. • Provide an explanation of why the subscription was canceled and why a refund is not possible. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to contact the relevant consumer protection authorities and leave a corresponding review on your page in the app store. I hope for a prompt and fair solution.

Visually appealing and easy to use app. Please add health integration so things like weight would be imported automatically

The calculations are completely wrong. It’s not good at all. I subscribed today and was charged for a year and the first three days were supposed to be free. After canceling my subscription, I didn't get my money back.

I wish I could recommend this app to you but sadly I can’t. I’ve subscribed to a free 3-day trial but was charged with an annual subscription on the very same day. I deleted the app on that day and reached out to support. It’s been a week and nobody has responded to me or issued any refund. I would have kept using the app if they got back to me explaining their terms but ignoring the request is truly the worst thing a business can do to its users.

Why I need to pay 30dollars in year for app? I choose 3day free and next 3dollars in week but when i want to accept it it says (3days free and then 30for year 😟 scamm I will report that for Apple moderation

Please add goals, centimeters for height and kilograms and grams for weight. Also, please add the Ukrainian language. Sometimes the program freezes after opening, when it hangs in the background for a long time.

Мені не підходить цей застосунок. Для прикладу: тарілку сирників з йогуртом і бананом (де мінімум 700-800 калорій) програма розпізнала як панкейки на 270 калорій. От і спробуй схуднути з такими розбіжностями.
