Very often, the app says that there was a problem loading the course, and when I reload the app the course disappeared. I still do not know how to fix and basically wasted a lot of money.

Why can’t I simply swipe to show/hide lectures in landscape mode? This is so annoying to tap on the “full screen” button. Why can’t I do +15/-15 sec with double tap? Temporary speedup video on tap and hold? Adjust brightness with vertical swipes?

The video player needs more features like 2x speed on long press and hold, general fluidity to the UI. Kinda what YouTube feels like

just after 10 minutes of watching videos my phone overheat and now hard to hold. this happens every time. after open video in full screen it enables landscape mode (know one asked) and there is no way to disable landscape mode after this. just copy youtube... in landscape mode (which is undisablable) some quizes don't display full content, for example images are not displayed. overall i have really bad experience with the app, and it demotivates me to use udemy altogether

So far - the app is awful, I can’t log in using Google account, nothing happens after successful google pop up

I have bought few courses, and all of them available in web, but not in the app. iPhone 12, iOS 18.1

I purchased a course on Udemy, and the payment was successfully processed. I even sent all transaction details to their support email and contacted their social media channels. Despite providing proof of payment, I never received access to the course. What’s worse is their complete lack of response. My emails and messages have been ignored, and the problem remains unresolved. I even reached out to my bank for assistance, but Udemy hasn’t taken any steps to fix this issue. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

So I have Udemy app downloaded on my phone. And I can not play any video on my computer, through their website, until I open it on my phone and play the exact video I want to watch on my phone. That’s so stupid and extremely frustrating. Why on earth can’t I just watch the videos on the website?

How it’s even possible if new macs has arm chipset and 🤦🏼‍♂️ it’s the same m1 for ipad and same m1 for macbook 🤷‍♂️ what a hake 🐟
