This is a fantastic sleep tracking device — probably the most accurate one I’ve used. The data is clear, insightful, and reliable. I also love the smart scale integration — everything works great. The only thing missing is a smart alarm feature that wakes you up during a light sleep phase. It would be amazing if this could be integrated and synced with the Apple Watch, so the wake-up signal is delivered via haptics or sound directly on the watch. Right now, I have to rely on third-party apps and pay extra, even though your device already has better insights into optimal wake-up times. Please consider adding this feature — it would make your ecosystem complete. 🙏

Hi, your app have two problems. First, it can show result after scale, second it has a lot of useless information. I am disappointed.

I bought the Body Comp scale specifically to have the data synced with Apple Health. And you know what? It doesn’t. This is pure disrespect toward your customers and a total disregard for user needs. You can design the most beautiful app in the world, but it won’t replace my Apple Health history dating back to 2017. Please don’t recommend contacting support — I can clearly see your deliberate decision to ignore essential user expectations. There is no integration.

Just to start using the Withings scale, I was required to install this app and share personal information, with no way to opt out.

Not clear navigation, no automatic connection with device , strange data transfer and analysis.

90% of measurments are not delivering to the phone, at the same time phone see battery status and wifi setting up correctly. Useless device whit this app

Great scale, in the app pop ups with some stupid achievements that cannot be turned off (you used scale one day!) and prompts to share smth somewhere. Cannot customize to remove this crazy overload of pop ups and messages

Hello, after the latest update, synchronization with the Stell HR watch is impossible. I deleted the application, reset the watch to factory settings, but all without result. After pairing via Bluetooth with the phone (Apple 12), nothing happens. Please tell me how to solve this problem. At the moment, the watch cannot be connected to the phone, and accordingly it is impossible to use it.
