Several technical bugs that make the app very annoying to use: 1. Audiobook progress sometimes simply lost — you need to manually search where you stopped last time. 2. First 20 seconds of playback each session is silent, you need to go back and listen once again. Not worth using it, because you will waste your time on fighting bugs instead of listening to audiobooks.

I paid 2 months, but this app doesn’t work. 🤬

Second, the book For the Fans is not presented in the catalog, even though some might expect to find it there.

Charged me, didn’t provide access to the service. Impossible to get through to the support. One month of trying to get any help, all in vain…

promised to send an email about free subscription running out, didn’t send one and took last 10 bucks from my bank account

subscription does not work!! And nobody responds!!! Pls return Money otherwise fix problem!

Unfortunately, homepage doesn’t work at all. Love the app but constant bugs are really annoying. Also nothing is clear about the limits and amount or type of books you can listen in a month.

Не в перший раз передплачую цей додаток, все влаштовує окрім одного моменту, який дуже впливає на мій користувацький досвід: Яким би стабільним не був інтернет, головна сторінка додатку постійно просить оновити сторінку через проблему із зʼєднанням. І така ситуація в мене на декількох пристроях. Невже розробникам невідомо про цю проблему?

I’m very unsatisfied with unclear policy about “limits”. I’ve listen to 2 audiobooks and have almost month ahead of me, but I can’t choose the next book to listen to. So it’s 5$ per book? Not what I was looking for.
