They are charged me from two different accounts and didn’t provide any support for 2 businesses days. Ive submit refund request right after ive got the message from my paypal. Furthermore ive cancel this subscription from a laptop. But still they ve charged me for the services that I don’t wanna use

I was charged for a hundred bucks, which were not refunded after two appeals. At the same time, app offers 50% discount after the charge. It sounds like an abuse. I used this app for a dozen minutes at all. Have to say the design is not even for kids, but for aliens. So pity and stupid. Frustrated of it.

And the generous student are only available to students from a few economically developed countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Germany. 🔍 I did some research on mental health and wellbeing applications. It appears that BetterMe offers an annual subscription for just a symbolic $0.29 and has developed a library of content available in Ukrainian. Stoic charges $1 annually, and the Feeling Good app (now Sorted) is completely free of charge and has also made efforts to provide accessible content in Ukrainian. Headspace, on the other hand, not only ignores this issue but also does not provide a single piece of content without an expensive subscription plan. 🤑 It is bizarre to think that Headspace was founded by a former Buddhist monk, considering how greedy the company appears, even to nations in need of mental support during such difficult times. Perhaps the word "former" is there for a reason. 🫠 In any case, I also found the huge library of somewhat disorganised content with not the most optimal UX/UI design solutions quite overwhelming, so if you’re reading this and looking for a good meditations app, definitely check out a few other options.

Please, add Ukrainian language. For our country it would be one of the most useful app after air alert app 🙏

I decided to give a try though I had a promo-code which provides a 60-days trial. On app they asked me to write my credit card number even if I use the promo-code given. So I did. After a day I made an assumption that it isn’t for me and inactivated my plan immediately. However, the payment has charged in about 60 days! I wrote to a client service manager a few times and I still have no answer according to my topic.

I really love this app, the flow, the vibe and idea, its amazing. But today i wanted to try it for free 14 days (it was said on the screen charge after 14 days) and it charged me immediately with all annual fee. I was shocked, because i rechecked what does it say on the screen and chose the 14d free trial

When will you have this app in Ukraine language? It’ll be really useful for a lot of people)
