With each new generation, this app seems to deteriorate further. The previous generation was a step down from the one before, and this latest iteration — developed in collaboration with Microsoft — is undoubtedly the worst yet. Reliability has become a major issue: despite a stable internet connection that functions flawlessly for other apps, this one frequently behaves as if it’s offline, often hanging and becoming unusable. The main screen consistently displays nothing but a blank page. At this point, switching to browsing NBA content via Safari seems like a more dependable alternative.

I bought Pass Premium and it doesn’t work!!! for past three years that was awesom app….but this year is the worst update ever. Why my Premium Pass doasn’t work?!? I can’t watch any game. Shows me a bill for the game, but I have Pass Premium.
