Good day. I already sent you a letter in English, as you asked me to in the previous letter. Yet you continue to do it to me again. Your program does not have any benefit in the work of a TIR driver and does not meet the minimum requirements of a navigation program with the possibility of improving it by purchasing additional features. In fact, buying your product is a waste of money. I am very sorry to state these facts and the fact that you are not trying to help your customers who buy software products from you, but are sending automated emails. Very disappointing.
