J'ai souscrit à Prime gratuitement pendant le premier mois, à titre d'essai. L'abonnement étant sur le point d'expirer, je l'ai souscrit (en avance). Comme j'utilisais rarement Amazon, le montant de l'abonnement m'a été débité (et je n'ai pas d'abonnement actif). Autrement dit, l'argent a été prélevé et le service n'a pas été fourni. J'ai contacté le support à deux reprises. Ils m'ont promis de me contacter par e-mail, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Je considère donc cela comme une arnaque !

Очень плохо, аккаунт заблокировали просто так, я даже не использовал Амазон особо, никогда нечего не оплачивал и тд, а разблокировать не могу никак, в поддержку тоже нельзя написать никак,звонил в поддержку Амазона, там тоже ничем не помогли.

Не могу связаться со службой поддержки. Произошли проблемы с доставкой. Курьер наверное потерял мой заказ. Я не могу связаться со службой поддержки! Прошло уже много времени. Мне не возражают деньги и не отдают заказ! Куда писать или звонить не понятно!!

I bought a Kindle device that came with ads, not realizing that to remove them (and unlock basic features like showing the book cover on the lock screen), I’d need to pay an extra $20. When I contacted Amazon support, I was told ad removal wasn’t available in my country. I asked to speak with a manager, but was either hung up on or ignored several times.
Eventually, I spoke with a manager named Praveen, who promised I would be reimbursed and that the ads would be removed for free. I waited three days with no follow-up or changes to my account. When I contacted support again, I was passed to another manager named Salma, who told me that everything Praveen had told me was misinformation and that they wouldn’t be helping me.
I had to re-explain the situation to each new support agent, none of whom seemed to have any notes or context. The entire process was exhausting, full of false promises, and completely unprofessional. For such a large company, this kind of disorganized and dismissive treatment of customers is unacceptable. I no longer trust Amazon support, and I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

Finding something in the app takes a lot of time. Lots of unnecessary information, too many drop-down lists, asking a support question and finding it is a whole quest.

It's just awful, the delivery works very poorly, it doesn't arrive on the specified day, it's simply impossible to contact support!!! Why specify the delivery date if you don't intend to deliver on that date?

Awful customer service. If you want minus 200$ credited from your account for nothing, use Amazon. 0 help, 0 service. Customer Service Managers are liars!
