I’ve been playing your game for several years and everything was working perfectly fine — I was genuinely enjoying the experience. But the moment I started making purchases, I began noticing major changes. And that’s exactly what frustrates me the most. For years, I was getting the free daily blue chest with energy. After that, I could buy one more for just 10 diamonds. But right after my first payment, the free chest was completely gone — now it’s only available for diamonds. Then, after a recent purchase (almost $6), the option to watch ads for free items disappeared too. I used to get several items a day, then at least one — now I don’t even get that one. Nothing. On top of that, I’ve lost the ability to speed up time by watching ads — now it also costs diamonds. So no — this isn’t something I imagine. I played this game for years without paying, and everything worked fine. Only after I became a paying user did I start losing free features. That’s what makes this so upsetting. I am extremely disappointed. Treating paying customers like this is unacceptable, unfair, and honestly insulting. Because of this, I’ll be leaving a 1-star review in the App Store, and I’ll no longer recommend this game to anyone. It’s a shame — I used to love it.?

Game absolutely has nothing to do with the ads. Challenges ridiculously hard and impossible to complete without real money.

the game is nothing alike to ads. moreover, recently you’ve got an ad saying “oh you know those ads that doesn’t look like the game itself? well it’s our game!” there’s nothing to be proud of. your AI generated game could be a lot better

During the challenge with cat and balloons, it is very uncomfortable that balloons are placed at the board. It would be more better if they place at the place where gift are placed. Because when it is no free place on the board I can’t generate new items, I new to blew up the balloons, so I can’t collect and merge them. Or I can’t generate new items.

Я считаю, что это несправедливо по отношению к игрокам, которые не имеют возможности вкладывать реальные деньги в игру. Прошу вас пересмотреть данную систему и предоставить возможность получения 5-звездочных карточек через регулярный игровой процесс, чтобы все игроки могли наслаждаться полным функционалом игры без необходимости дополнительных затрат.
