Booking from Safari - $300 Booking from App - $350 Hmm...

I made first book, but the app didn’t ask me about e-mail. Then I changed but the 1st is on old email...and I can’t write to support ((((

Idea is brilliant and it works, but the app is very buggy. I tried to make an order, but it wasn't success. I wrote to support and they said that I didn't had that order, so I ordered it again. And after that it's charged me twice. I've asked to return my money, but they sent me to apple support. And apple support said that I couldn't get a refund and I should write to cameo. So I lost my money, because of this bug and nobody wants to help me.
