The app creators appeared to be the scammers… There’s absolutely no way to cancel subscription online. The only way they suggest to do it is via support chat where hundreds of people are in line and you have to wait for ages…

Tried espresso app with further decision to cancel subscription.. but the button is not working, so I’ve spent lots of time to chat with three (!!!) operators to cancel subscription. First even persuaded to try more trial, I’ve agreed but nothing happened))) still same account still same subscription.. I truly shocked such a respectful journal has such a bad customer support….

I read most of the news on the tablet and rarely use newspapers’ apps. But Economist is one of the few I use, the interface is nice and read experience is comfortable. What else would I need?

Application is great, but I think you should remove advertisement for users, who already paid premium subscription.

Reboot doesn’t help. Please fix ASAP this great app.

2016 iPad Pro 9.7 User Experience. Firstly, the app freezes for an irritating instant when I scroll up or down anywhere: from the menu to articles. Secondly, images within articles are of poor quality, as if they are rudely stretched at cost of resolution. Additionally, numerous missclicks occur while swiping over these very pictures: they abruptly open above the text. Otherwise, nicely designed and efficient application. However, freezes frankly freak me out. Reading is a central process of this app, and all issues are connected to it. I strongly urge you to improve your terrific application.
