As a user, the latest update looks bad, in the previous version you could click on a word and specifically work on it, now it's not possible, sad to say, the app doesn't inspire me to work with it anymore, bring back and improve some old features, then I'll buy a subscription! Thank you!
The problem with the update is that you can't yet work with each word separately, and you can't see where the error is made, in which syllable, in which phrase .

I paid for a 1-year Premium subscription, but my account is still stuck in trial mode more than 20 hours later. I contacted support with all the details, but no response yet.
This is unacceptable for a paid service. I can’t access the features I paid for, and there’s no clear way to fix it myself. Please fix subscription activation delays — it ruins the user experience.
Needs to be fixed.

To be honest I am disappointed with the app. At the beginning it seems useful, but currently IELTS Band 6 doesn’t work, very often appears “unknown network error”.
Fix that please.

I’ve been using Elsa Speak since September 2024. From the beginning, it was full of bugs — frequent network errors (even on strong Wi-Fi and 5G), and extremely slow server responses (sometimes 30 seconds just to process two words). Despite this, the UI/UX was decent — it was easy to navigate and find what you needed.
Unfortunately, they have now ruined the main feature of the app.
Previously, if you mispronounced something, it was simple to try again. Now, you need to go through multiple extra taps just to retry. In some cases, the “repeat” button is small and easy to miss, while the “skip” button is huge — basically encouraging you to skip instead of improving.
Sorry, but with this attitude, I wouldn’t pay a single dollar.
I’m not sure if the product team truly understands that we learn and improve through mistakes — not by skipping them.

Cancel my subscription due to enormous count of bug / crashes / waiting 5 minutes until my pronunciation will be assessed. I don’t know how, but as mature application became the more unusable it comes to. Seems that developers more oriented to advent new features rather than fixing bugs that happens during my first day using it. I have used it since almost 2 years.

I like the concept of the app, but there are so many bugs so that I can not use half of tools cause the app constantly is throwing errors like “I cannot hear you”, “processing takes time” and so on. It’s annoying and frustrating
